25 Quick & Easy Healthy Eating Tips To Look Your Best This Summer!

Hey guys!  Last week, I put a healthy dessert on my Instagram Story that only takes about 2 minutes to make.  I got sooo many responses from people giving me all of their healthy eating tips and tricks that I thought I would compile them all in a blog post for you!  I am super busy, so the easier it is for me to eat healthy on the go, the more likely  I am to do it.  Meal prepping is key for me to stay on track, but it has to be quick!

Here are some of my favorites!

  1. Skinny Latina Marinade: You can purchase at Whole Foods or Online and it only has 20 calories and less than 1g of sugar/serving.  My go to trick for making any bland food tasty!  I use it on boiled chicken, steamed veggies, and quinoa to make a delicious bowl!
  2. So Delicious Coconut Flavor Dairy Free Whipped Topping: I use this on sliced strawberries and put sprinkles on top for a yummy dessert!  Tastes like strawberry shortcake w/o the cake!
  3. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk: I use this in my oatmeal instead of milk.  I also use frozen berries to sweeten it some and eat this for breakfast
  4. RX Bars: The chocolate sea salt is great for dessert or snack! –@lifelutzurious

  7. Super Quick Tuna Salad: tuna with some sort of paleo mayo, mustard, dill pickle relish, if you have more time, add cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion — @lifelutzurious

  16. Almonds tossed in cayenne pepper and sea salt are a fav of @sarahannemaingot
  17. @sarahannemaingot also love Nice Cream with frozen bananas, blueberries, cocoa, cacao powder and almond milk.  I can’t wait to try this!
  18. @brittforshort cut her calories at Starbucks with her current drink of choice: 3 shots of espresso iced in a grande cup, cream, 3 pumps sugar free vanilla and cinnamon powder.  It’s 114 calories and 2 net carbs.  She has weighed less than ever in 2 years.  I’m so proud of her!

  25. Easy Chicken Salad: rotisserie chicken, chick peas, greek yogurt, 1/2 lemon juiced, diced tomato, 1/2 cup feta, diced cucumber, pink of fresh dill, salt & pepper.

 

Fit Tips & Sizing Info:

My top, denim & heels all run TTS.  I’m wearing an XS top, 23 jeans (mine are a little snug, so I would recommend getting your true size), and a 6 shoe.  For reference, I am 5’2″ and normally wear a 0/XS in tops and dresses and a 24 in jeans.
