Spring Flowers

Are you a “flower person” or not? I can tell you that I am not. I honestly don’t think I own one flower print at all. Maybe I do own something, but I can’t think of it so it must not be that great ha! Anyway, when I saw these shorts, I was like “ok I can do flowers!”. It’s so funny because it’s one of the strongest opinions that I hear from people. Whether or not they wear flowers or white jeans or shorts. Those are big ones too. So, I’ve come to the conclusion that if I wear can flowers now, there is hope that everyone can wear white jeans and find shorts that are flattering!

I think it’s so interesting how my style has changed over time. It must be why I never get bored or stop learning in my job because fashion is always changing, and there is always something new and exciting happening. Plus, working with lots of fun girls and all my gay hubbies keeps me laughing constantly. I swear there is never a dull moment and I count my blessings every single day!

A few things you should know about my outfit:

1) The shoes are from Topshop and on sale for $75! They run a bit strange though. I wear a 6 or 36 shoe for the most part, and sometimes wear a 5.5/35.5 if the shoe runs a little big. These say 5.5/36 on the box and they fit exactly right. In other words, get your normal size and if you’re in between, size up.

2) The necklace is also on a major sale for $40.80. Get it! I think it looks so nice for that price, and it also comes in silver!

3) These material on these shorts is thick, which makes them more flattering on the body. They have a back zip, which makes for a cleaner front and less bulk!
