I’m so thankful to have found Openfit and partner with them over the past year! The timing was perfect with my pregnancy, allowing me to do workouts on my time from the comfort of my home on my own time. Openfit helped me to stay fit throughout my entire pregnancy, and has allowed me to ease back into a workout routine as a new mom. Finding time to go to a gym doesn’t exist at this point in my life, and I love that I can get my workout in whenever it’s convenient for me. With a good diet and regular exercise with Openfit, I’ve been able to lose 19 pounds of my baby weight! I gained 27 total and have 8 more to go, but not putting any pressure on myself. I’ll continue to do some of my favorite workouts and stick to a nutritious diet, and the weight will come off in a realistic time frame.
