Our Wedding Day 10/18/19

Heading out to make the drive up to South Carolina to stay with my mom for a few days. We were filled with SO much excitement at this moment anticipating how the next 2 weeks would unfold. This was also our first long road trip together which turned out to be a success!

I’m literally wearing it right now as I type this bc it’s so dang comfy! I’m wearing an xs top and leggings. PS-they look like this in person but look solid gray online. My sneakers are a whole size down bc they run big.

pajamas
Next stop in Spartanburg was a blowout and spray tan. I got sooo many questions about these pajamas and y’all they’re so comfy! I wore them non-stop on our trip. They run a little big, so if you want them big. get your true size and if you want them a little smaller, get a size down. I’m wearing an XXS. PS–My slippers are only $26!

sole society
On Wednesday 10/17, we made it to Asheville and checked into the Grove Park Inn. Ahh, what I would give to rewind the clock and just be checking in there right now. We met friends for dinner and had the best time the night before our Rehearsal! My outfit was perfect for fall and a slight nip in the air. I can’t wait to wear this look again down here in Florida! It’s perfect for weather that’s not too hot or not too cold.

This iPhone pic will have to do of me and my mom. I couldn’t have pulled this whole thing off without her. She was such a huge help and ran around doing things as much as I did. Thank you for all that you did for us mom!
We had our rehearsal on the Mountainview Terrace, which is where we said “I DO” the very next day and then went on to dinner at Rhubarb. It was adorable, and we love the way it turned out. They did a fantastic job hosting us and the food was fantastic! Also, a MAJ shoutout to my bestie Laura Beverlin for taking over my social media from this point on. She worked so hard on hers and mine making sure things were posted and linked for y’all for the rehearsal and for the wedding. I owe her big time for this!!

wedding robes
The countdown was on here! We all got ready and I was about to slip into my gown. I gave my girls these robes as a gift, as well as a lipstick to wear the day of and a pashmina in case they were chilly. Stephanie (on the left) was my Matron of Honor. I can’t thank everyone enough for all that they did for me that day and over the years. Each of these women hold a very special place in my heart and I am forever grateful. I’m linking below our robes, the pashmina and the lipstick I gave them. The lip color is Viva Glam II

lip combo
One of the most frequently asked questions I get is my wedding lip combo, which I’ve been wearing every day since. I am obsessed!! It was perfect the day of the wedding and it literally goes with everything! The liner is ‘Love Trap’, liquid lip is ‘Rising Star’ (this color was also used in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show) and the lipstick which I put in the center of my lips is Kim KW. Linking it all below for you with mine and Dan’s wedding fragrances!

My mom helping me put my dress on here. Almost time to go see Dan! We decided to do a first look and we’re both so happy that we did. It definitely eased our nerves and we were able to get so many gorgeous photos that we would otherwise not have gotten if we didn’t do it. Linking my mom’s dress here for you! This is the same dress but in a different color. The fit and quality was incredible. We were so happy with it and she felt and looked beautiful!

Linking Dan’s suit here as well as the watch that I gave him as his wedding gift

Linking Dan’s groomsmen’s suits here. We gave them their shoes, belts and ties as their wedding gifts! Linking them all below here!

Linking the girls dresses here! I asked them to wear whatever nude open toe shoe they wanted/were comfortable in.

I love the way this turned out with their pashminas!
As we were taking photos in front of this castle, I peeped around the back and she this huge field of pampas grass. It was stunning! We got a few pics and ran back to get ready for the ceremony!
All of my dreams came true in this moment. I’ll never forget the look on Dan’s face.
Dan’t fist pump is everything here!

Right before walking into our reception, the sun began to set. We had no idea what was about to come next…
Loved having a sweetheart table! It was the only time that Dan and I had to ourselves that night, and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend doing this! Linking our cake topper, table numbers, signage, welcome sign, etc. here for y’all!

During dinner, everyone got up and ran outside to see the most beautiful sunset in history. I may be biased but I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. I think it was God’s way of telling us that we’re going to have a beautiful life together.
and they lived happily ever after…
